Aloe Vera Moisturizer Using Virgin Oil
Cut up a large, succulent leaf of this plant and slit its surface open along its length. You may do this using a knife. Now collect the released gel in a bowl. Mix this translucent gel with one tablespoon of virgin olive oil and mix through stirring. Here is your skin moisturizer ready for use.
Keep this in a container and refrigerate to keep for regular use. If refrigerated, this moisturizer can be applied through the week. To apply it first of all clean up your face thoroughly by using gentle face wash and then pat dry with a soft towel. Now use your fingers to apply a thin layer on the whole surface of your face. Do this twice daily during mornings and evenings every day in order to get the desired benefits.
Aloe Vera Moisturizer Using Various Ingredients
For this preparation you will require aloe vera gel, with lanolin, beeswax, essential oils of your choice and extra virgin oil in addition to some rose water. First of all place the lanolin and beeswax in a micro oven bowl and heat for some time till the ingredients melt. Mix it up using a stirrer. In a separate bowl whisk together the aloe vera gel and the olive oil to form a uniform consistency.
Now add together the mixture from these two separate bowls- one containing the lanolin-beeswax combination and the other containing the whisked aloe vera gel with the virgin oil. Top it up with the rose water and an essential oil of your choice. Now use a flat spatula for vigorous stirring. This is necessary for the smooth, even application of the moisturizer.
