One should never, ever skip the breakfast because the stomach remains unfilled, the whole night.
When your stomach finishes the whole digestion process, it starts emitting some digestive acids. These acids are highly harmful for the digestive system if, they remain in your empty stomach for a long time. The deposits of these acids may give rise to stomach ulcer and gastritis. So, eat a weighty breakfast.
In your breakfast, have a glass of milk. If you want, you can add cereals in it with some sliced fruits like banana, apple, strawberries, oranges and grapes. This is an excellent breakfast which is healthy as well as nutritious. It is capable of keeping your stomach full for several hours at a stretch.
Other than this you can have sandwiches made from brown breads. If you like butter, you can apply some low fat butter or peanut butter on the breads. You can also place sliced boiled eggs along with slices of cucumber, tomato and cabbage between the toasts and have boiled egg sandwich.
Lunch- An easy going lunch is must!
Don’t eat a heavy meal at the lunchtime. Keep it simple and mild. Whenever we eat a heavy lunch, we tend to feel tired, lethargic and sleepy. So, try to have light stuffs in your lunch to make the digestion process easy. A light meal makes you feel energetic throughout the day.
You can eat some brown rice in your lunch with fish curry or boiled chicken. If you don’t like fish then you can easily have boiled vegetables instead. To make the boiled veggies taste good, add a spoonful of butter or some cheese on it. And there you go; the perfect lunch is ready to be served.
If you are outside your home, don’t opt for fast foods in lunch. If possible, try to carry your own lunch pack along with you.
Dinner- Keep it as light as possible!
Dinner is the second most important meal of the day. But unlike breakfast, it should be light. Light dinner is important because after that you go to bed. Once you are planning to have a good sleep its better to avoid eating heavy stuffs.
So, what’s an ideal menu for dinner? Well, it should include soup and boiled stuffs along with salads. In case of soups it is highly advisable to have chicken soup with vegetables.
