Bad breath is a major problem faced by most of the people. You may opt for regular brushing of teeth twice or thrice a day. But, still you may face problem of bad breath. This can also be related to your internal problems. Many a times, if your body isn’t hydrated, you may face problem of bad breath.

This factor is a very common factor in number of people. There are many other causes for condition of bad breath. Bad breath can also be related to unhygienic conditions of mouth. The most common cause for this is related to excessive smoking.

Tips to stop bad breath:

It’s imperative to keep cleanliness of your tongue. One major problem of bad breath is related to tongue. Try and floss your mouth often to keep your mouth clean. You can use basic floss for this. You can also opt for a good quality tongue cleaner for keeping your tongue clean.

Green tea is also effective for your bad breath. You can opt for having two cups of green tea on daily basis. It helps to reduce the unwanted toxins in your mouth. It makes your mouth sanitary. Green tea can also be taken in morning for best results for bad breath.

Try and opt for max amount of various juices and liquids in your daily diet plan. You can opt for having good amount of water to stop the condition of your bad breath. Try and include good amount of fruit juices in your daily diet plan.

Many a times, spice in foods can also cause the condition of bad breath. Try and avoid having spicy foods on regular basis. If you can’t avoid spicy foods, then you can try and reduce the intake of spicy foods in your diet.

You can also include various types of herbs which help to control the condition of bad breath in a positive way. You can include natural form of herb in the form of parsley in your daily diet plan.

Parsley can be included in your daily diet plan for effective results from bad breath. You can also include various different herbs in the diet plan.
