Diet plays a vital part in type of blood group you have. You also have an option of selecting a diet based on your blood group. There are some natural characteristics of blood group O diet. Blood group diet for O is usually based on protein foods. People with blood group O should necessarily include all the veggies and fruits in diet but in natural form.

In this case even organic food is vital for blood group O. Though, cabbage is a food, which is not recommended to blood group type O people. It’s also imperative with all these things, proper exercise should be implemented. Here are some foods which should be included in your blood group diet O.

You can include eggs two to three times in a week in terms with breakfast. You can include all types of dairy products like cheese and butter, but only thrice in a week. But, milk can be included on daily basis. In vegetable oils, you can include olive oil, as it’s good for type O blood group people.

Walnuts can be included in your diet, but not on regular basis. You can include walnuts twice in a week. All types of cereals can be included in your diet. They are healthy for blood group O people.

You can include all basic types of fruits and veggies in your blood group diet O. However, include lettuce, parsley and sweet potato in larger quantity. You can opt for other veggies in moderate quantity. You can also include fruits like figs and prunes in moderate quantity on daily basis, which gives nutrition to your health.

Citrus juices are also good for blood group O people. Water should be included in larger quantity. This blood group is susceptible to dehydration problems.

These are some of foods to be included in your blood group O diet.
