Breast Cancer Diet
Taking care of your breasts in a right manner is very important. Breast cancer prevention diet, is one such step in taking care. Prevention of breast cancer largely depends on how well, you choose a balanced diet. If you don’t choose your diet wisely, it can have negative implications on your body. As a result of which, it increases the chances of having breast cancer.
Especially, women who have breast cancer as their family history should choose a suitable diet. By selecting a proper breast prevention cancer diet, you can also eliminate initial stages of cancer.
There are some foods which should necessarily be included in breast cancer prevention diet. Soya is one of them. Soya has essential amount of properties, which help to fight against breast cancer. Soya can be taken in any form. Soya milk and Soya nuggets can be included in your daily diet. But, Soya should be included every alternate day. Excessive intake is also not good for body.
Whole grain cereals and pulses should be included in your breast cancer prevention diet. They are good source of fiber for the body. Intake of fiber helps to fight against breast cancer. You can include brown rice every alternate day in your diet. It is the best source of fiber for the body. Again, whole grains have properties, which help in prevention of breast cancer.
Omega 3 fatty acid helps to fight against many diseases. It is a good option against prevention of breast cancer. It has been proven that omega 3 fatty acids have benefited cancer patients. If possible, they should be included in breast cancer prevention diet once in a week. The main sources of omega 3 fatty acids are flax seeds and fish.
It’s always better to prevent a disease, than to treat it. Breast cancer prevention diet helps to prevent the disease in a positive way.
