Who doesn’t like to savor delicious taste of chocolate brownies? Everybody likes the taste of chocolate brownies in different forms.
Brownies are available in varied forms; you can savor it with thick chocolate sauce or ice-cream.
Chocolate brownies are also famous in the form of brownie sizzlers. The most important part of chocolate brownie lies in its taste. Each brownie you make depends on how perfectly it’s baked. For this, right kind of ingredients plays an important role. You can make many variations in your chocolate brownie, but the basic method for baking a brownie remains the same.
To make a perfect brownie, ingredients play a key role. Here are some simple tips to bake a chocolate brownie:
Firstly, take two cups of dark chocolate in a pan and melt it. Remember to melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler. When it’s completely done, add half cup of butter in the pan. Mix both the ingredients together until it forms a proper consistency.
In another bowl, put two eggs and beat it until it’s fully fluffy. You can now add one cup of sugar in the bowl. Stir it until it forms a fluffy consistency. Take two tea spoons of vanilla essence and mix it in this mixture. Mix all the ingredients together and keep it aside.
In another bowl, take three cups of flour and sieve it properly. Add some assorted nuts in the flour and mix well. It’s vital to put the nuts in chopped form in case of chocolate brownies.
Now, you can add the flour mixture to egg mixture and mix it in a smooth way. Once this is mixed properly, now you can add the chocolate mixture in the first mixture. You can also mix this mixture with the help of a blender. It helps you to get a smooth consistency.
Once your batter is ready, you can pour the mixture in the baking tray. But, before baking, grease the baking tray with the help of butter. This helps to make your brownie soft in texture. You can also use varied types of decorations in case of your chocolate brownie.
