Today I will enlighten you on how you can improve your diet plan and achieve healthy and beautiful hair.

Eat lots of salmon as they are rich in omega fatty acid which is very important for betterment of your hair quality. Actually salmon helps to improve the health of your scalp and prevents drying of hair unnecessarily. However, if you are a strict vegetarian than try out ground flaxseeds and they will yield similar results.

Beans and legumes are also very important for the betterment of your hair. They should be a mandatory part of your diet as they are rich in protein, biotin, zinc and iron. They prevent easy breakage of hair shafts and encourage strong and healthy hair.

Include lots of whole grain items in your daily diet chart in order to improve the health of your hair. They will help you to make your hair grow long and strong. Thus, eat lots of cereals, whole wheat breads, etc. for your breakfast. They are rich in iron, zinc and Vitamin B components that help to improve the hair condition.

Try out nuts in order to improve the health of your hair. Most of the nuts are rich in selenium and thus, assists in improving the health of your scalp.

Eggs should be a mandatory part of your diet if you want good hair. They are rich in Vitamin B12 and biotin that is extremely important for your hair’s health.

Calcium is extremely important for the betterment of hair condition. It prevents brittleness of the hair and makes it stronger from the roots. In order to increase the flow of calcium in your body you will have to consume lots of calcium rich products like dairy products. Milk, yoghurt, cheese, milk products, etc are highly rich in calcium.
