You can consider having natural fruits and veggies in your low fat diet plan. They can be consumed according to your choice. There is no restriction of having a particular fruit or vegetable in this diet plan. You can also include fresh juices in your low fat diet plan.

They are good for your weight loss and help to keep your body fit and active. You can also include veggies which are high in fiber content. They provide complete energy in your low fat diet plan. For this, you may include basic veggies like broccoli and cabbage in your diet plan.

You should try and avoid foods which are in high in fats. Foods like butter and cheese should be completely avoided in this context. Try and replace these foods if you want to include them in your daily diet plan.
