Proper hydration is very essential for your body. Liquids for the body act as catalyst for good health of your body. In case of dehydration, a person can suffer in terms with fluid loss. In terms with dehydration, you can also suffer extreme thirst. As a result of dehydration, your blood pressure can also be on lower side. Dehydration is more common in case of children. There are many other effects in case of dehydration. You also feel giddy in case of dehydration. Intake of fluids in an essential part of dehydration, you can follow these simple tips in case of treating dehydration.

An essential remedy for dehydration is consuming glass of water with a pinch of salt. Ginger and mint is also effective in case of dehydration. You can take some mint juice and ginger juice, and have it three to four times in a day. It is really effective in case of dehydration. Having buttermilk two times in a day is effective in case of dehydration. Butter milk helps water retention in the body. You can also put some lemon juice in water and drink it two to four times in a day.

Fenugreek seeds are very effective in treating dehydration in the body. You can take fenugreek in powered form, one or two times in a day. Or, you can also opt to mix fenugreek powder along with yogurt in case of dehydration. All these things help to hydrate your body effectively.

Caffeine should be completely avoided in case of dehydration. It can make the condition even worse. Other then this, you can also opt for papaya juice. But, it should be taken in a raw form. It also helps in water retention of your body. Try to have fresh fruits and veggies in case of dehydration.
