Sunscreen lotion: Never move out of your house with out applying sunscreen. The SPF factor in you sunscreen will help you protect your skin from the harmful UV rays of the sun.
Scrubbing and cleansing: It is important that you should use a good quality scrub on your face at least once a week. Scrubbing is very advantageous as it helps to remove all the dead cells from your skin and makes it clean. Thus, you will be able to retain the natural color of your skin. Wash your face daily with a good cleanser to keep it clean and glowing. This way you will be able to avoid your skin tone from loosing its natural color and glow.
Face Masks: Face masks are very beneficial for the skin. There are several readymade face masks available in the market but you need to choose the right one. You should know your skin type very well in order to choose the right type of face mask. However, you can apply some effective home remedies to lighten color of your skin. Home remedies are generally harmless.
Prepare a face pack at home with the help of carrot extracts, tomato pulp and yoghurt. Add some rose water to it too. Apply it on your face and leave it for 15 minutes minimum. You will surely notice the difference in few days. Do it on alternate days or at least three times a week.
