But, right amount of carbs are required for proper functioning. carbs are source of energy and glucose in our body. Intake of glucose should be limited in human body. By, avoiding intake of fried food, you can limit the intake of carbs in the body. In this stressful life, low carb dieting helps to neutralize energy in our body. With low carb diet plan, it’s mandatory to carry on your physical activities. Low carb diet plan is ideal for people who are obese. It helps to maintain healthy body weight. A low carb diet plan is most effective way to control excess fats in your body.
