Try to keep your meals light in nature. You should try to include all low cal foods in your meal plan. Try to include green veggies and fruits in natural form in order to lose weight. Try to avoid foods which are high in fats.

Try to avoid drinks which have excess sugar in them. Carbonated drinks are main cause of increase in weight. Try to restrict or reduce the amount of drinks you have. You can opt for protein drinks instead of fizzy drinks for your effective weight loss.

If you are opting for packed foods, try to read the contents of the food. This is another major cause of weight gain. There are many food products in these foods which are major cause for weight gain. Try to reduce the intake of these products on daily basis in order to reduce weight.
