Each skin type has different requirement in case of vitamins. Depending on dry skin to oily skin, vitamins can be differentiated. For healthy glowing skin, vitamin A, C and E are well-accepted. However, there are some other forms of vitamins which help to maintain healthy skin. They are in form of biotin, riboflavin, and vitamin D.

Riboflavin belongs to the family of vitamin B2.It stabilizes any type of metabolic deficiency in human body. It enhances growth of skin cells. It is an essential vitamin in case of dry skin. Green vegetables and cereals are best sources for riboflavin.
Vitamin D is important source for a healthy looking skin. Vitamin D acts antitoxin for a glowing skin. Vitamin D provides more results in case of external usage. Main source of vitamin D is in the form of sunlight. On the other hand dairy products are excellent source of vitamin D. Vitamin D is also available in the form of cream application.
